Cancellations and refund
For tour bookings up to 16 guests, the standard cancellation policy applies. Up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, the booking can be cancelled and a full refund will be given. If cancelled within 24 hours or in case of a no show, no refund will be possible. If the tour gets cancelled because of a so called force majeure, a full refund will be granted. For group bookings or multiday tours, a seperate cancellation policy is communicated with the customer prior to creating the booking.

Privacy policy
The personal information such as names, telephone numbers and email addresses are only used by and visible for the employees directly related to the booking. Personal data are not provided to third parties without the permission of our guests. Credit card information is only used for payment related uses. This information is digitally stored in a protected environment. After the tour date this information is automatically invisible.
